MOMMY FIT CAMP: Mom + Babies (Older siblings welcome)
This is a full body workout designed to safely strengthen and support your post pregnancy body. Classes are a mix of body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, baby weight exercises. We will incorpate pilates and strength training exercises. 

This is a great opportunity to keep babies stimulated and develop a healthy relationship with movement!

Refund Policy

A refund request must be submitted via email at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start date of the program. Refund requests submitted less than one week prior to the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.
