MAMAFit COLLECTIVE @ The Plae House + Inspired Studios
Brining together the best that Durham Region has to offer when it comes to all things MAMA, from paediatric and postpartum support, to self care, wellness and movement. Proceeds from all ticket sales will be donated to Community Care Durham for Perinatal Mental health Service Support. This is a day for mamas to learn, unwind, connect, have fun & feel supported!
Mamas it’s time to take a well-deserved break from the usual hustle and bustle of motherhood and enjoy a day full of exciting activities for both you and your little one. Mingle with local mamas, indulge in the most delicious pastries, sip on mama fuel aka coffee, latte or matcha-you choose, hwta your little one explore The Plae House and find the right support by connecting with our amazing vendors!
