We make fitness and self-care possible for new mamas. This is not about the bounce back mama, this is about regaining your strength, confidence and increasing your energy so you can continue to show up as the best version of yourself.

We are proud to offer effective and fun fitness routines, specifically designed for postpartum bodies.

Kick start your postpartum fitness journey with baby by your side.

Our MOMMYFit programs all started because our founder struggled immensely with postpartum anxiety and depression. She used fitness as an outlet to overcome her

darkest days and wanted to help other moms do the same in a safe and supportive environment. We all know the benefits of movement for our bodies but we want to get mamas moving to also support their mental health so they can show up to their

best ability each day.

MOMMYFit Camp is designed to help new moms safely ease

back into exercise, regain strength, boost overall well-being

and create meaningful connections.

Why new mamas may find fitness challenging after baby:

  • Struggle to find and commit to a time

  • May have an injury that needs extra support

  • Mom guilt, taking the time to do something for yourself

  • Unsure of what exercises are appropriate or safe

  • Lack of equipment

  • Don't feel supported

Prioritize Your Well-Being

We want to help you shift your mindset and realize that once you start prioritizing your physical and mental well being everything else actually becomes less overwhelming because you have the physical energy to get things done and more mental clarity. Fitness at home can be tough, you may be lacking equipment, guidance, motivation and of course you are surrounded by all the daily “tasks” you prioritize over your health like the dishes and laundry. And even when the starts align and you get a moment in-between feed baby and cleaning you may not know where to start.

This is why we designed MOMMYFit. We want mamas to get out of the house, forget about the endless to do list and at home stressors for just an hour and prioritize themselves, socialize, bond with baby and create energy through movement.

MOMMYFit Camp

Indoor Circuit Style Postpartum Boot Camp

Over 4000 square feet of space for mamas and babies to move located in Ajax
 

Programs run September to May as 6 week series

 

Suitable for mamas 8 weeks+ postpartum

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR 45 MINUTE SESSION

  • Walk or Jog + Dynamic Warm up

  • Belly Breathing & Core Activation

  • Full body strength and low impact cardio circuit consisting of 6-8 exercises. We use a variety of equipment including: plyo boxes, battle ropes, free weights, medicine balls and more

  • Gentle stretch and mobility

By joining MommyFit Camp or StrollerFit Camp not only are you prioritizing your physical and mental health but you are getting a new way to connect with baby and build strong connects with local moms.
