HERFit Camp

PROGRAMS

HERFit Camp is our transformative women’s fitness program dedicated to helping women become the strongest, most confident, empowered version of themselves; one workout at a time.

We take pride in creating a supportive and motivating environment where women of all fitness levels can thrive and achieve their personal best.

Training as a group will motivate and propel you toward achieving your goals faster than doing it alone. You’ll receive the expertise and attention of personal training with the motivation, and high energy of a bootcamp. At HERFit Camp you are part of a team, we may be working toward separate goals but everyone is here to better themselves and leave stronger and healthier than they came in. Training as a group makes fitness fun, helps hold you accountable and it is a much more affordable option than personal training sessions.

Aside from workouts, our members have a private group chat where we celebrate each other, share stories, funny gym memes, ask questions and support one another. We have member outings and events to connect outside the gym setting, this has created friendships and meaningful connections for many members.

Workout Shoes

We offer various exercise alternatives for new members with the ability to increase difficulty as members begin to gain strength and improve form. We prioritize safety in our classes so you will never be encouraged to lift weights heavier than you are able to, we prefer to move with intention and focus on the quality of your movement, assisting you in perfecting your form before increasing weight. This ensure you are moving your body safely so you can come back the next day to continue crushing your goals!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Lower Body Strength

Glutes, quads and hamstrings are the top priority here, your legs will be fired up with squat, lunge, and deadlift variations. In addition to building strength we also work on improving your balance and flexibility. A strong lower body will translate into better stamina, improve core strength, help prevent injury, strengthen and protect your joints and boost metabolism; this is your largest muscle group after all! This class is meant to build lean muscle which will boost your metabolism and support fat loss.

Upper Body Strength

This class will help to strengthen and tone your upper body while improving posture. Strengthen your upper body will help prevent back pain and make daily tasks such as carry groceries, picking up your children that much easier and safer! You will not only strengthen your upper body but improve mobility. We target back, chest shoulders, triceps and biceps in each class using a variety of equipment such as barbells, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and cable machines.

Cardio & Core

Bring a towel for this one! Our Core & Conditioning classes makes cardio fun! Classes include 8-12 exercises and are conducted through various training styles such as Tabata, HIIT and circuit style training. We incorporate cardio and core exercises to help strengthen and tone your midsection.This class is meant to elevate your heart rate and keep you sweating; we guarantee you will not train like this on your own and you will be burning calories long after class has ended!

Full Body Strength

Get ready to sweat! This is a full body strength and conditioning workout that focuses on functional movements, improving endurance and stamina. This is a circuit training style class which allows members to work in pairs or small groups. We use a combination of dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX’s, resistance bands, battle ropes and bodyweight for maximum effectiveness and fun. This class will improve your muscular endurance and keep you burning calories.

Booty Burner

Ready for the burn?! We have combined strength exercises and conditioning to sculpt and strengthen your entire lower body, with a special emphasis on building powerful glutes. You'll engage in targeted exercise variations of squats, deadlifts, lunges, and hip thrusts, alongside high-energy conditioning moves like sled pushes, box jumps, and sprints. Whether you’re aiming to boost strength, enhance athletic performance, or achieve those glute goals, this class delivers the perfect blend to elevate your fitness and confidence.
