HERFit x HYBRID is our transformative fitness program dedicated to helping you become the strongest, most confident, empowered version of yourself;
one workout at a time.

We take pride in creating a supportive and motivating environment where individuals of all fitness levels can thrive and achieve their
personal best. Training as a group will motivate and propel you toward achieving your goals faster than doing it alone. You’ll receive the expertise and attention of personal training with the motivation, and high energy of a bootcamp. At HERFit you are part of a team, we may be working toward separate goals but everyone is here to better themselves and leave stronger and healthier than they came in. Training as a group makes fitness fun, helps hold you accountable and it is a much more affordable option than personal training sessions.


We offer various exercise alternatives for new members with the ability to increase difficulty as members begin to gain strength and improve form. We prioritize safety in our classes so you will never be encouraged to lift weights heavier than you are able to, we prefer to move with intention and focus on the quality of your movement, assisting you in perfecting your form before increasing weight. This ensure you are moving your body safely so you can come back the next day to continue crushing your goals!

Iron
Moving Mountains
This is a full body strength and conditioning workout that focuses on functional movements, improving endurance and stamina. We follow progressive overload so members can continuously improve and track progress week to week. Equipment used includes barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX’s, resistance bands, battle ropes and bodyweight for maximum effectiveness and fun. This class will improve your muscular endurance and keep you burning calories long after class is over.

Sweat & Burn
Bring a towel for this one! Our Core & Conditioning classes makes cardio fun! Classes include 8-9 exercises and are conducted through various training styles such as Tabata, HIIT and circuit style training. We incorporate cardio and core exercises to help strengthen and tone your midsection.This class is meant to elevate your heart rate and keep you sweating; we guarantee you will not train like this on your own and you will be burning calories long after class has ended!
HY-Rox
Ready to sweat! Join us for a fun twist of Hyrox, this circuit style class combines full body conditioning exercises, plyometrics and core to have you're whole body feeling it! Think assault bikes, rowing, med-ball slams, sled pushes, box jumps, and running. Whether you’re aiming to enhance athletic performance, endurance or just want to really challenge yourself this class delivers the perfect blend of movements to elevate your fitness and confidence.

Sculpt Pilates
A dynamic, full-body workout that blends traditional Pilates principles with strength training techniques to tone, define, and energize. Using small props like light weights, resistance bands, and a Pilates ball, this class adds intensity to classic Pilates movements for deeper muscle engagement and sculpted results. Expect a strong focus on core activation, posture, and alignment—paired with low-impact, high-repetition sequences that challenge your endurance and coordination.
Open Gym Hour
These hours allow members to participate in the workout of the day at their own pace and convenience with access to our training app.
Perfect for those who need minimal coaching and feel confident on the gym floor. Workout will be written on the white board for members to follow along with.
Coaches will be on the premises to answer questions as needed.
