FOUNDER OF HERFit
A Mom of 2, Holistic Nutritionist, Founder of HERFit. Dallas has been in the health & wellness industry since 2016, working with 100’s of women as a nutritionist. After having kids Dallas made the switch full time as a trainer as she loved the face to face connection and immediate positive impact she was having on people.
Fitness Philosophy
“I do not believe in an all or nothing approach, but I know there is room for movement in our everyday lives and it doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective.”
Favourite Exercise
Pull Ups, it’s a love hate relationship and the process of getting from modified to band assisted to actual pull ups is such a rewarding journey.

Hi I’m Jamie, and I’m thrilled to be part of the HerFit community. I have been a proud HerFit Camp Coach since October 2023, but actually began my own fitness journey with Dallas 6 years ago as a member. I loved the programming, attention to form, personalization, and focus on building strength so much that it not only motivated my own commitment to fitness but inspired me to become a coach myself! I wear a couple of hats—I’m a full-time kindergarten teacher, certified Yoga Instructor, and now a passionate Group Fitness Instructor certified through CanfitPro.
Fitness Philosophy
From my personal experience, in order to stay committed to your fitness and overall health and well-being, you need to enjoy what you are doing. I believe in creating an enjoyable, inclusive, and progressive experience where all our members can be inspired by their own strengths.
Favourite Exercise
I am currently on my own “pull-up journey” and have to say that any pull-up variation is my favourite exercise because it makes me feel incredibly powerful!
Pump Up Song
For a cardio and conditioning class, “Call on Me” by Starley is my go-to pump up song, but “Fancy” by Reba MacEntire really fires me up for a heavy leg day for some strange reason!

Hi, I'm Julie-Anne. I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Motivational Speaker, Event Host, Certified Personal Trainer and a Purpose and Empowerment Coach. My diverse background working with women in mental health, abuse, addictions and physical health has developed a passion for seeing women whole- mind, body and spirit. My heart's desire is for every woman to see how beYOUtiful, valYOUble and YOUnique they are no matter what their past or current circumstance.
Fitness Philosophy
Knowing that mind, body and spirit all go hand in hand, if I can encourage you in your fitness and physical health, I know I can indirectly help impact your mind and spirit. This is exactly what got me into the fitness industry. I have been training since a little girl, being involved in a multitude of sports, and started training more seriously in my teenage years. I became a coach at 28 years old and have not stopped since.
Favourite Exercise
"Thick thighs save lives", so you can catch me smiling hard doing anything booty or hammy related-hip thrusts or RDLs I LOVE!
