Fitness Philosophy
“I do not believe in an all or nothing approach, but I know there is room for movement in our everyday lives and it doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective.”

MEET Michelle
HERFit COACH
Michelle is a Fitness Instructor Specialist (CanFitPro) and a MOMMYFit coach who’s passionate about helping moms feel strong, confident, and energized both in the gym and in everyday mom life. She believes that taking care of your body isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.
Her focus is on helping moms build strength, energy, and consistency through realistic, sustainable fitness. She wants moms to leave feeling physically stronger, mentally clearer and recharged with workouts that genuinely refill their mom battery instead of draining it. She believes workouts should be empowering, not intimidating, and that laughter and connection are just as important as the sweat.

A mom of three (including twins!), so she knows firsthand how exhausting motherhood can be. She left her career as a CPA, moved from downtown Toronto to the suburbs navigating life with 3 babies under 2 so fitness became a way of refuelling and reconnecting with herself. That experience is what led her to coaching moms who want to feel like themselves again.
Known for her high energy and infectious positivity, she believes laughter and connection are just as important as the sweat.

Fitness Philosophy
Fitness isn’t a short-term fix or a hobby, it’s a lifestyle. As moms, we constantly give our energy away, and exercise is one of the best ways to refill that tank. It isn’t always easy, and some days just showing up is the hardest part, but the way you feel after a workout (stronger, clearer, and more grounded) is unmatched. That feeling is gold, and it's why I believe movement is essential for long-term energy, mood and resilience in motherhood.
Favourite Exercise
Sled pushes are my favourite because they're functional, efficient, and full-body. They build real-life strength that carries over into everyday mom tasks, like pushing a stroller through snow/sand, hauling groceries, and getting through busy days with more energy.
