PICNIC & PILATES with Nest & Bloom

We are so excited to bring you MOMMY PILATES in partnership with Nest & Bloom.

Although we are a fitness based business and community we are also avid mental health supporters, especially of new mamas. We host monthly wellness seminars for moms and partner with local care providers to support mamas outside of our classes too. As a mom who's struggled with both postpartum anxiety and severe depression I know first hand how some of you may be feeling and there is nothing better than connecting with other mamas and moving your body to boost mental health

Friday is all about movement, community and connection. There is no exercise experience required and the program will be suitable for mamas at all stages postpartum.
