HER Fit Camp Programs

For all fitness levels!

​

We focus on getting you stronger, improving form, boosting metabolism and gaining confidence! Classes include a mix of barbell, dumbbell, resistance bands, body weight and conditioning circuits that make cardio fun!

Our programs are based on progressive overload which helps each member advance at their own pace and is scalable so members can easily track progress. You will receive guidance on proper form and technique. There will always be modifications and alternative exercises based on each member’s fitness difficulty level and readiness.
Classes are 1 hour, we begin with a dynamic warm up, mobility and activation exercises for specific muscle groups. Warm ups are essential to ensure our members move safely, perform at their best and recover effectively. Your coaches will explain the days program, training will last 40-45 minutes followed by full body cooldown and stretch.​

Lower Body Strength
Glutes, quads and hamstrings are the top priority here, your legs will be fired up with squat, lunge, and deadlift variations. In addition to building strength we also work on improving your balance and flexibility. A strong lower body will translate into better stamina, improve core strength, help prevent injury, strengthen and protect your joints and boost metabolism; this is your largest muscle group after all! This class is meant to build lean muscle which will boost your metabolism and support fat loss.

Upper Body Strength
This class will help to strengthen and tone your upper body while improving posture. Strengthen your upper body will help prevent back pain and make daily tasks such as carry groceries, picking up your children that much easier and safer! You will not only strengthen your upper body but improve mobility. We target back, chest shoulders, triceps and biceps in each class using a variety of equipment such as barbells, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and cable machines. This class is meant to build lean muscle which will boost your metabolism and support fat loss.

Core & Conditioning
Bring a towel for this one! Our Core & Conditioning classes makes cardio fun! Classes include 6-12 exercises and are conducted through various training styles such as Tabata, HIIT and circuit style training. We incorporate cardio and core exercises to help strengthen and tone your midsection.This class is meant to elevate your heart rate and keep you sweating; we guarantee you will not train like this on your own and you will be burning calories long after class has ended!

Full Body Strength
Get ready to sweat! This is a full body strength and conditioning workout that focuses on functional movements, improving endurance and stamina. This is a circuit training style class which allows members to work in pairs or small groups. We use a combination of dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX’s, resistance bands, battle ropes and bodyweight for maximum effectiveness and fun. This class will improve your muscular endurance and keep you burning calories


Cardio Booty Burn
This lower body focused class is the perfect balance of toning, strength triuaning and cardio to build a stronger lower body. Glutes are the main focus in this class but you also be strengthening your entire lower body and core with a mix of high and low repetitions using light to moderate weight dumbbells. We’ll perform variations of squats, deadlifts, lunges, hip thrusts, and more to activate your entire lower half.​

Mommy Fit Camp

Ideal for 8 weeks + - 18 months Postpartum

​

Kick start your postpartum fitness journey with baby by your side. We know first hand how joyful and challenging the journey of motherhood is. Our MOMMYFit programs all started because our founder struggled immensely with postpartum anxiety and depression, she used fitness as a=n outlet to overcome her darkest days and wanted to help other moms do the same.
We all know the benefits of movement for our bodies but we want to get mamas moving to also support their mental health so they can show up to their best ability each day. Our postpartum fitness program: MOMMYFit Camp & STROLLERFit Camp are designed to help new moms safely ease back into exercise, regain strength, and boost overall well-being in a supportive and nurturing environment.

We want to help you shift your mindset and realize that once you start prioritizing your physical and mental well being everything else actually becomes less overwhelming because you have the physical energy to get things done and more mental clarity.

Our postpartum fitness programs are not only safe, but fun, effective and efficient, workouts are 45 minutes and include:
Dynamic Warm up
Belly Breathing & Core Activation
Full body strength and light impact cardio circuit
Gentle stretch

Stroller Fit Camp

Ideal for 8 weeks + Postpartum

Get moving in the fresh air with your little one(s)

HERFit Policies

Refund Policy

​A refund request must be submitted via email at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start date of the program. Refund requests submitted less than one week prior to the program start date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds, regardless of the reason will be subject to a $15 administration and processing fee.

Missed Class Policy

We pride ourselves on offering individual attention and motivation through modifications and alternative exercises to new mamas in our Mommy Fit Camp & Stroller Fit Camp programs. To ensure we have the ability to offer individual attention to our mamas, we have placed strict guidelines for the maximum number of participants in each class. This allows our coaches to offer quality and effective workouts that provide each member with a safe and fun fitness experience. Keeping our class sizes to a specific number also allows our coaches to get to know members on more personal basis, understanding their needs and potential modifications we need to prepare for in a class. Because of these expectations we place on our coaching staff and offering this quality of service, participants are not able to exchange classes outside of the program they have registered for.

Weather

Our weather policy for our outdoor Stroller Fit Camp classes are meant to keep our moms and little ones safe and as comfortable as possible. If we experience light rain class will still run, if there is heavy rain or a storm class will be rescheduled. We will notify participants 1 hour prior to class beginning. The rescheduled class will be on the Friday of the same week if weather permits.
