MOMMY FIT CAMP: Mom + Babies (Older children + siblings welcome)
This is a full body workout designed to safely strengthen and support your post pregnancy body. Classes are a mix of body weight, dumb bell, resistance bands and baby weight exercises.

We have 4000 square feet of safe turf space for babies to crawl and play while moms get their sweat on! This is a great opportunity to keep babies stimulated and develop a healthy relationship with movement.

Refund Policy
​A refund request must be submitted via email at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled start date of the program. Refund requests submitted less than one week prior to the program start date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds, regardless of the reason will be subject to a $15 administration and processing fee.

Missed Class Policy
We do not provide make up classes unless a class has been cancelled by our team. To ensure we can provide individual attention to our moms, we maintain strict limits on the number of participants in each class. We have caped our classes sizes to allow our coaches to deliver safe, high-quality workouts while getting to know each member and preparing any necessary modifications. Because of this structure, classes cannot be exchanged outside of the program you have registered for.

Weather Cancellations & Rescheduled Classes StrollerFit
Our weather policy for our outdoor Stroller Fit Camp classes are meant to keep our moms and little ones safe and as comfortable as possible. If we experience light rain class will still run, if there is heavy rain or a storm class will be rescheduled. We will notify participants 1 hour prior to class beginning and the rescheduled class will be on the Friday of the same week if weather permits. If MOMMYFit Camp is canceled a make up class will be scheduled for the Friday of the same week at 10:15am.
