Our Mission at HERFit

At HERFit, our mission is to empower women to build a strong, healthy body and mind one workout at a time. We embrace all fitness levels, from first-time gym-goers, to postpartum mamas ready to safely return to fitness, to fitness enthusiasts looking to elevate their current routines.

  • We place a lot of emphasis on helping our members improve form and technique to workout safely and effectively
     

  • Working out as a group will encourage you to push harder and challenge yourself more than you will training on your own
     

  • Our classes combine the benefits of personal training and bootcamps by offering 1:1 attention, and modifications for each member in an energetic and supportive environment
     

  • Our top priority is to help you bring out the best version of yourself by falling in love with fitness
     

  • Our community is like no other, we celebrate each other, we push each other, friendships form, bonds are created through this common interest of bettering ourselves through fitness
